Care Instructions
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Sterling Silver & 14k Solid Gold: Safe to wear everywhere. Polish with a polishing cloth and store in a zip-loc bag when not in use.
14k Gold Plate: Avoid water, sweat, and harsh environments. Store in a zip-loc bag when not in use.
Brass: May develop temporary green or black oxidation with wear. This is normal and can be polished off with the included cloth.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you ever need a repair, we're here to help.
Any breakage caused by a manufacturer defect within the first year is eligible for a complimentary one-time repair. If your piece breaks due to normal wear and tear within the first year, we'll still repair it for free - you'll just be responsible for round-trip shipping.
Repairs needed after 1 year, or those deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur a repair charge.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do you create custom pieces?
We’re happy to personalize many of our existing designs, whether you’d like to change the metal, stone, or another detail. For something entirely your own, we take a handful of fully custom projects each year, allowing us to give each one the time, care, and attention it deserves. We ship internationally! Once shipped orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please note that duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility and we are not liable for customs delays.

Metal Sourcing
Recycled gold is refined from existing gold rather than newly mined. it can be melted and remade without compromising its beauty, quality, or permanence. Much of the gold in circulation has already been mined and recycled many times—gold is rarely truly “new” in the sense of being used for the first time.
