Shipping & Returns
All Talon jewelry is made by hand in Los Angeles and Ojai, CA. We often have pieces in stock and ready to ship (especially 14k gold plate and silver). If an item is not in stock it will take us about 3-4 weeks to make it for you and ship.
If you need something urgently, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to get it to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally pieces are backordered and take longer. We will notify you if this is the case. For rush orders please contact us for pricing.
International orders will usually ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Saver and arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for items delayed or held at customs. Please note that the payment of any duties and taxes varies from country to country and is the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected at time of delivery.
You may return jewelry within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding solid 10k and 14k rings, custom and sale items). Email email@example.com for details. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and you must cover return shipping. Items must be in original, new condition and returned in original packaging. Please return necklaces with chain clasps closed and placed carefully so they do not tangle in transit.
Returns are not available for orders placed through any other retailer (with the exception of J. Crew).
Repairs within 30 days of purchase are complimentary. After this point, charges may apply. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Talon is not responsible for shipping charges on repairs.
