You may return silver or gold-plated jewelry within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Solid gold 14k, Venetian Glass, custom and sale jewelry are FINAL SALE.

Email info@talonnyc.com for details. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and you must cover return shipping. Items must be in original, new condition and returned in original packaging. Please return necklaces with chain clasps closed and placed carefully so they do not tangle in transit.
